How to Take Body Measurements

  • Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Round to the nearest whole number.
  • Waist: Measure at the top of your hip bone (aligned with your belly button). Exhale naturally and do not suck in your stomach.
  • Hips: Measure the widest part of your hips and buttocks with the tape straight and snug.
