TE = (14 + 4×16 + 22) / 6

TE = 16.67 months

Step 2: Calculate Standard Deviation

SD = (P - O) / 6

SD = (22 - 14) / 6 = 8 / 6

SD = 1.33 months

Thus, the expected project duration is approximately 16.67 months with a standard deviation of 1.33 months.
